Please pray for this family..

I have followed sweet Kayleigh Freeman for a long time now and I am so sad to hear that she passed away last night. She isn't quite a year old. Her mom and dad, Aimee and Adam, have two older children. They are so sad and have been through so much with their precious little girl.
